Anéa Beauty Return Policy
We hope you love your Anéa Beauty purchase. However, should you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns of saleable merchandise, with proof of purchase, and issue a merchandise credit.
Return window: Most returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, with a few exceptions.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused, unworn, undamaged) and must include all original packaging and any included components.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened beauty or personal care items

Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering

Sale, clearance, and promotional items (including items marked final sale)
Merchandise Credit
Approved returns will receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the eligible purchase price, after inspection. Merchandise credit is non-transferable and may be subject to additional terms printed on the issued credit.
Additional Information
Anéa Beauty reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition and to limit returns or exchanges.
