Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kda@anaya-k.com and we'll make it right.
